Finish variance compares actual finish against baseline finish for completed activities, or today's date against baseline finish for incomplete activities. It is a monitoring indicator, not a contractual determination of delay or entitlement.

Weekly portfolio reports

Generate editable report drafts from the current portfolio records. Review and edit every draft before exporting or circulating.

Drafting safeguard: reports are generated in this browser from current records. Generating or editing a report does not change project data or send anything externally. The reporting period filters dated communications and task deadlines; project progress and status are a current snapshot, not historical measurements.

Recommended cadence: weekly. Select the actual reporting dates before generating. Reports are drafts and must be reviewed before issue.

Data storage and security

When Supabase is configured, this app uses email/password sign-in and synchronises the portfolio to a private per-user database row protected by Row Level Security (RLS). Without configuration, it falls back to this browser only.

The free deployment package is a starting point. Before relying on it for official project records, verify account recovery, access policies, export backups, and the provider's free-plan limits.

Export / import data

Export a JSON backup before changing devices or making major changes. Browser exports are not encrypted; store them securely.
